About Synergy Treatment Center

Located in Memphis, Tennessee, Synergy Treatment Center is a long term residential substance abuse treatment facility. They offer social detox, residential treatment, a supportive transitional housing option, and an aftercare program. The residential program offers two main phases. One thing that stands out about this facility is its focus on putting new skills into practice during their long term treatment program. And yes, meals and laundry are included!

Phase one is five to six weeks of attending daily group counseling and 12 Step meetings. During psychoeducation, you’ll learn how to manage your anger and process your emotions. Medical care and physical wellness will be addressed. Job readiness will be given during this phase followed by job placement in the next phase.

The second phase is called the therapeutic work phase where you’ll participate in a work therapy program. You’ll receive a local job placement within the community that compliments your skill set. During this phase you’ll continue group therapy sessions, 12 Step meetings, and individual counseling.
