Founded in 1986, this organization has decades of experience supporting individuals and families in Utah’s five southwest counties. They do this by acting as a safety net for individuals who have reached the end of their tether, who need an extra boost of support to help turn their lives around.

This location is just one of the organization’s six facilities offering state licensed, comprehensive support for substance use disorder (SUD) and mental health issues. Young people and adults can access care here, with the team trained to assess the needs of each individual to provide the most tailored level of care for your particular circumstances. Families are encouraged to get involved in treatment where appropriate since addiction can have far reaching effects on clients’ loved ones and relatives.

Care is offered as day treatment and intensive outpatient (IOP). For individuals in need of even more intensive and structured care, referrals can be made to SBHC’s Horizon House residential treatment center.

Services offered across these programs include support groups, including specialized groups for dual diagnosis individuals. HIV screenings and education are available as well as education and treatment for IV drug users.

If you have a DUI/DWI this facility also provides targeted DUI offender education sessions. Continuing care is also offered to ensure long term and sustainable support as individuals transition back to life post treatment.
