About Strong Ties Community Support Program

Serving Rochester, New York, Strong Ties Community Support Program offers behavioral health treatment as a part of the University of Rochester Medical Center. These are Assertive Community Treatment programs that are geared toward people who’ve been unsuccessful with other treatment programs or who do not readily access clinic treatment.
