About Stone Residence

Stone Residence is a sturdy three-story building located in central Fall River, Massachusetts. With 22 single-occupancy units for men and women, Stone Residence gives people a helping hand as they work to reclaim their lives and become self-sufficient.

It’s run by Steppingstone Incorporated, who provides behavioral health treatment and services to help people experiencing homelessness.

To be eligible to stay at this facility, you must be at least 18 years old and diagnosed with substance use disorder and either a mental health disorder or HIV/AIDS. You must also have experienced homelessness for at least a year, or been homeless at least three times in the last four years.

Housing Stability While You Build Life Skills and Experience

Stone Residence offers subsidized rental assistance, keeping safe housing as affordable as possible for you. You’ll have access to their residential addiction treatment services and mental health support.

If you’re struggling with severe withdrawals or cravings, they can connect you to their Fall River Outpatient Clinic for medication assisted treatment (MAT) and intensive addiction counseling.
