About Starview Community Center
Star View Behavioral Services, a member of the Stars Behavioral Health Group network, is a behavioral health support program serving Los Angeles County from its primary location in El Monte, California. Their mission is to provide support and treatment for children, teen, and young adult clients experiencing emotional or behavioral problems to avoid unnecessary placement in other programs.
