About Southern Highlands Community Mental Health Center
Southern Highlands Community Mental Health Center (SHCMHC) was established in 1968 as one of 13 community mental health centers in West Virginia. This statewide initiative nurtures human potential through mental health support and substance use treatment, education, and advocacy.
