Their admissions are available 24/7 by phone and have evening and weekend clinic hours for folks who need non-business hour access. This includes Saturday mornings. The most impressive benefit that I see is that they offer unlimited individual therapy. You’ll meet with a master’s level therapist as often as you want. This is almost unheard of. Most outpatient clinics offer group therapy and limit their individual therapy to one a week or even a month.

Symetria Recovery runs intensive outpatient programs (IOP). They have both morning and evening sessions as well as SMART Recovery meetings every week. An IOP can be an effective alternative to residential treatment because it costs less and lets you live at home and continue to live your regular life. I appreciate that staff are also equipped to treat underlying mental health issues like anxiety, depression, or trauma.
