About Skyland Ranch

Skyland Ranch is a nonprofit drug and alcohol addiction treatment residence in Gold Bar, Washington. They treat adult males through equine therapy. They provide residential treatment in a secluded natural setting. The program combines support groups with projects designed to promote goal setting and work ethic in clients.

Skyland Ranch's program is built on the idea that a highly structured day can build the skills you and the other guys need to achieve and maintain sobriety. While working with horses is at the center of what they do, you'll find they have many projects where you'll work outdoors and spend time in nature. You'll also be required to attend daily group sessions, as well as an NA or AA meeting in the evening.

A unique aspect of their program is that they offer both short and long term programs. Many working ranches are strictly long term, but you may find a short term more accommodating.
