Located in Conway, South Carolina, Shoreline Behavioral Health Services Women's Recovery Center serves women who are struggling with substance use. The women's program can help you get your life back on track if you have a dependency on drugs, alcohol or other substances.

They offer specialized care through their intensive residential program. This program is specially designed for mothers who are at risk of losing their child(ren) because of substance use. Because of this, recovering mothers are given priority admission into the program. They accept policies from most major insurance providers including Medicaid. Speak with your provider because out of network benefits may apply.

You'll work with a multidisciplinary team here as you start your journey to recovery. This team may include physicians, mental health professionals, and specialized addiction counselors, among other staff members. You’ll undergo an initial evaluation including a behavioral health screening.

You’ll also work one-on-one with experienced addiction counselors. There’s also group substance abuse counseling. You’ll also find individual and group psychosocial rehabilitative support. Through these sessions, you’ll be empowered to navigate the road to recovery. You'll do this by developing strategies and techniques that will help you manage stressful emotions and triggers.

You'll also get connected to peer support groups such as 12 Steps style programs. With these programs, you'll continue building the skills you've learned in residential care. Crisis and care management are offered along with discharge planning for continuing care.
