Intensive 12 Step Treatment

AdventHealth provides an outpatient 12 Step addiction recovery intensive program to help get you to a place of sobriety. This option consists of treatment in a therapeutic group setting where your support system is encouraged to participate. I like that part of this also involves working closely with a qualified psychiatrist. After you graduate from this program, you can still continue to receive guidance through their weekly aftercare group.

Short-Term Inpatient Treatment

In addition to AventHealth’s outpatient program, they also provide short term inpatient treatment. Included in this is medication management and medical detoxification. You can also receive psychiatry services, mental health resources and even electroconvulsive therapy to treat bipolar disorder and other psychiatric disorders.
