About Seasons Counseling, Inc.

Seasons Counseling of Salem, Oregon offers outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment to those with alcohol and substance use issues. They accept Medicaid and private insurance, and services are available on a sliding scale to those who qualify. I was glad to see that Spanish language services are provided, as are adapted services for people who are hearing impaired so this counseling center serves a wide variety of clients.

Services for All Ages

Using comprehensive substance use assessments, this counseling center offers individual, group, family, and couples counseling. Services are provided to adults and children as well as adolescents and young adults, including those with anxiety disorders and disabilities. Individuals experiencing homelessness are also welcome. Medication assisted treatment or MAT is not available onsite but they do accept clients who have been prescribed opioid medication elsewhere.

REBT Under the Matrix Model

Treatment here is based on the Matrix Model, employing modalities such as rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT), 12 step facilitation and motivational interviewing. They also offer brief intervention and relapse prevention services. Aftercare and continuing care programs are provided.
