Transitional Homes for Seeking Recovery in Omaha

I noticed that they offer different levels of transitional living. This is a wonderful way of preparing you to reenter the community. From their halfway house program, you’ll graduate to a three quarter program. After that, you’ll move on to supported transitional living. They also offer a 90 day intermediate residential program which includes primary care.

What stands out to me about this approach is how it gradually increases your independence. At the same time, you’ll be equipped with the skills you need for each stage. Their goal is to build your confidence. By the time you leave, you’ll know that you can work through any life challenges without needing chemical support.

Practice Skills for Sober Living in Nebraska

You’ll be taught skills for preventing relapse. This includes recognizing triggers and emotional issues that pose a risk for you.

I find it helpful that their treatments are trauma informed. They understand that many women with addictive behaviors have been through situations that have caused emotional and physical pain. Their programs are designed to help you heal, become whole and find freedom.

Once you graduate, you can join a vibrant alumni association that has regular social events and gatherings. Other alumni are happy to mentor you as you establish yourself in independent recovery.
