About San Diego PACE

At its location in San Ysidro, California, San Diego PACE (or Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a comprehensive healthcare facility that treats physical and mental health including alcohol and drug rehab services. It’s available to all 55+ residents within the service area who meet the nursing facility level of care through the California Department of Health Care Services and who are capable of living independently with the benefit of PACE services.

This facility takes a holistic approach to wellness, with both inpatient and outpatient services. Clients benefit from a multidisciplinary care team that includes primary care providers, social workers, physical therapists, dietitians, home care coordinators, and other providers. The facility also offers emergency services and can coordinate all care, offering transportation to the treatment center too. With a bilingual staff, San Diego PACE serves clients of all backgrounds.

San Diego PACE may accept insurance plans from select insurance providers such as Anthem, United Healthcare, Beacon, Magellan Health, and ComPsych. Coverage and out-of-network benefits vary so contact your insurance provider to confirm your benefits.
