Adults are able to receive withdrawal management, residential and outpatient services. They do accept insurance. If you do not have insurance, they work with regional prepaid inpatient health plans. It helps provide low cost substance abuse treatment.
They offer both inpatient (IP) withdrawal management and outpatient (OP) ambulatory withdrawal management services. With inpatient, you will be in the detox unit section that is physician directed. You will have 24/7 onsite nursing and laboratory support. They also have a women’s program that focuses on mothers with kids.
For outpatient withdrawal management, you would have to have a mild to moderate opioid use disorder diagnosis. This is offered in conjunction with therapeutic and ancillary services. You will be in a less restrictive and intense setting. With this level of care, your withdrawals will be medically managed using Suboxone, buprenorphine or naltrexone for medication assisted treatment.
With residential treatment, you will be in a 24 hours supportive environment. It will also be high intensity and it is clinically managed. You will do an assessment. With the assessment, they will be able to determine the priorities for your treatment plan.
The therapies they provide will be based on your needs. These needs will be defined in your treatment plan. You may find therapies such as daily groups, lectures and activities in your plan.
I like that their outpatient program is offered both via telehealth and in person. It’s a blend of support groups, as well as therapy in the form of either individual, group and/or family.
