Rocky Mountain Sober Living offers six transitional living facilities for men and women in Colorado Springs, Colorado. These facilities provide structure and supportive settings for people seeking recovery. The facility in Yampa Street has six beds and serves men in the early stages of recovery. This includes those who have completed high intensity treatment like detox, inpatient care or even intensive outpatient therapy. They also accept people undergoing medication assisted treatment (MAT).

This low cost sober home boasts a comfortable setting where you can pursue a new and healthier life free from alcohol and drugs. It’s in a nondescript house situated within a residential area with easy access to essential services, recreational spots and healthcare facilities. Both Palmer Park and Memorial Parks are within two miles of the facility. Memorial Park is the city’s recreational hub with lakes and sports facilities.

Garden of the Gods is located eight miles west. It’s well known for Its stunning sandstone and trails. These are all great places to unwind during recreational times outside the residence.

The home itself boasts a large living area, a full kitchen and laundry. There’s also a bathroom with a walk-in shower and large backyards. It’s clean, but sparsely decorated. Here, you’ll receive 24/7 to heal from substance use and rebuild your life. The program emphasizes community support through evidence based therapy groups. Sharing personal experiences helps you build empathy, understanding and strong connections among peers.

Group sessions offer space for feedback, encouragement and support from others who’ve faced similar challenges. Through shared insights and mutual support you’ll build a foundation for lasting wellness. The program also involves personalized counseling and peer support services.

You’re encouraged to attend AA/NA, Celebrate Recovery meetings and work on the 12 Step program. You’re also expected to work with certified peer recovery coaches. These services are free. You’ll undergo two lab confirmed tests weekly to monitor substance use. They also equip you with a breathalyzer device that’s monitored in real-time via iBAC. This is to ensure accountability and adherence to treatment guidelines.

The recovery tools you gain from the program will become an invaluable asset as you reenter the community. They’ll become a part of your life and propel you to become a successful and caring member of your community. It’s an exciting journey to sobriety and lasting wellness.
