30 Years of Residential and Outpatient Care
Their goal is to support people in recovery and help them live better lives. Their Adult Residential Extended Care program is located at the Carl and Margaret Stutsman Lodge. This is a special place where men and women can get help to stay sober, learn life skills and find jobs. The program uses proven treatments and the 12 Steps to guide each person’s recovery.
They also have outpatient programs for adults who need support but don’t require full time care. These programs include one-on-one counseling, group therapy, education, and family therapy. They also offer anger management classes for both adults and teens, as well as a special domestic violence program. People must complete anger management treatment before starting the domestic violence program.
A Solid Rock to Stand On
For over 30 years, they have provided prevention services through the Illinois SAPP Grant. They teach kids about the dangers of drugs and alcohol in schools, help parents communicate with their teens and host events like National Prevention Week. They also support the Illinois Youth Survey to help schools understand the challenges students face. Through The Difference Committee, they give teens a voice in their community with meetings and special events.
