About Ridge House

Since 1982, Ridge House has been a leading addiction and dual diagnosis disorder treatment organization in Reno, Nevada. They provide comprehensive care for voluntary and court ordered adults. With stunning natural attractions like Lake Tahoe and the Sierra Mountains close by, Reno can be an ideal place for exploration and discovery as you start on a new path to recovery.

An incredible feature I noticed about Ridge House is their dedication to accessible care. They accept some private insurance providers and all Medicaid plans. You also won't have to worry if you don't have insurance. You may be eligible for grant funding and reduced fees based on your unique situation. That way you can get the care you need regardless of finances.

What was originally a prison re-entry program has blossomed into a comprehensive treatment center with multiple levels of care. Whether you need 24/7 support or can attend rehab while living at home they have an option for you. You can participate in residential and outpatient care to meet your unique needs. You’ll benefit from group and individual counseling, peer support groups, case management, medication assisted treatment (MAT), life skills counseling and gender specific care.

Their workplace development services really caught my eye. With the goal of helping you gain independent living skills and live your best life they provide training and assistance to reach your career goals. You can participate in resume and job application assistance, career training and job and social skills development to prepare yourself for life after treatment.

They also strive to help you understand and manage your finances. You can access credit restoration services and learn budgeting skills. They ensure you have the support you need with additional services including local resource referrals, transportation and criminal justice advocacy.
