Red Lake Nation - Chemical Health is dedicated to improving the lives and well being of the Red Lake Tribal Band Members in the communities of Ponemah, Little Rock, Redby, and Red Lake. Anyone over the age of 18, who identifies as a Red Lake Tribal Band Member, and is struggling with substances may attend. All programs are based on Anishinaabe culture and philosophy to strengthen the minds, bodies, and spirits of Red Lake Reservation members, families, and communities. Participants receive an individualized treatment plan, counseling, survival skills, coping skills training, culturally relevant peer support meetings, education, aftercare planning, case management, relapse prevention, and referrals. Their residential programs are based in the cultural camps of Berry Camp, Hunting Camp, Sugar Bush, and Wild Rice Camp. Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
