About Grace House

Grace House in Rutland, Vermont is Recovery House’s low-intensity residential treatment facility designed for those who would struggle to maintain sobriety outside of a treatment setting without 24/7 supervision. In Grace House, clients receive individual and group counseling, and case management, as well as participate in communal activities and get help with community integration.

At Grace House, residents receive personalized treatment plans, designed to give them the tools they need to maintain their sobriety with the help of community-based supports, such as 12 step groups. I think this involvement with community resources and outreach services is great because it helps clients to integrate back into the community and maintain their recovery once they have left Grace House.

Continued aftercare planning is provided to all clients, which includes general medication management, housing and employment support, counseling, and family reunification.
