Ravenwood Health in Chesterland, Ohio is a trauma informed outpatient care agency that is committed to providing you with compassionate care. Addiction treatment services and a number of mental health services are offered to young adults and adults. Substance Use Treatment Options

Depending on what you are looking for, Ravenwood has individual and group options. Intensive outpatient programs (IOP) are available for clients who are struggling with a substance use disorder. For young adults, parent/guardian involvement is required and 12 step involvement is highly recommended. These services are offered three nights a week to discuss each individual’s experiences and help them work toward a recovery plan.

Support through Criminal Justice Programming

I found that criminal justice programming is also available for individuals who complete an assessment. Therapists, probation officers, and community professionals all work together to help you set goals for decreasing illegal behavior and promote an alcohol free lifestyle.

Housing Care for You

Individuals experiencing homelessness have services and resources provided by Coordinated Entry (CE) and Ravenwood Health. Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) and Shelter Plus Care (SPC) offer housing assistance. I appreciate that there is also Community Residence which is a Ravenwood program for community living in apartments, and you are not required to be a client to apply for housing.
