About Providence Treatment – Boston

Based in Boston, Massachusetts, Providence Treatment provides a variety of outpatient addiction treatment to adult professionals aged 18+ regardless of gender, race, or background. Support is also offered to those with dual diagnoses and concurrent mental health issues.

Providence’s Boston drug rehab offers three tiers of treatment, providing the structure and accountability of a partial-day treatment program. However, their intensive outpatient program covers everything from initial assessments, to neuro and biofeedback. Clients here are treated under the care of masters and doctoral-level clinicians, and will begin their care with comprehensive evaluations, followed by medical monitoring.

Dual-diagnosis programming is available to those who need it for more targeted care that addresses concurrent mental health conditions. If you need detox, you’ll be referred to another facility for coordinated care.

Otherwise, clients receiving treatment here can access individual, group, and family therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, psychiatric support, medication management, and access to specialized support groups. Medication assisted treatment is also available on referral to those who may benefit. Clients’ families can also access addiction education here, so they can better understand and support their loved ones as they embark on their recovery program.
