About Prototypes Womens Center

Prototypes Women’s Center serves women and mothers struggling with substance use disorders in Pomona, California. This is a residential treatment center where you can stay by yourself or with your young children. You’ll heal from addiction while getting your life back on track with the proper training and support. One thing to note about this facility is that you’re required to have Los Angeles County MediCal or MyHealthLA for payment.

This program addresses co-occurring substance abuse and mental illness disorders. It’s designed to accommodate you with your children. If you bring your children to the program they will also receive mental health support and school support.

While in treatment you’ll participate in prevention and education, vocational training, and parenting support. Group education sessions on shame, healthy boundaries and finances may be options for you.
