About Project Turnabout

Project Turnabout is a comprehensive addiction treatment center located in Granite Falls, Minnesota. Here you’ll choose from inpatient (IP) addiction treatment, an intensive outpatient program (IOP), or a standard outpatient program (OP). Professional onsite mental health care is available at this facility. For adults 18 and over, separate gender programs are available.

The inpatient programming helps people to develop the tools needed to begin the process of recovery and remove barriers to successful long term sobriety. While in treatment at Project Turnabout you’ll engage in individual and group therapy, spiritual classes, and fitness services. You’ll also attend 12 Step meetings and participate in psychoeducation. The average stay at the inpatient program is between 28 and 45 days.

If you need a longer stay, there is a long term program that you can stay at for up to 120 days.

The intensive outpatient program emphasizes a person centered approach. In this program you’ll receive weekly treatment planning and individual counseling sessions. During counseling you can expect to work through steps one through five of the 12 Steps. There’s a specialized relapse prevention program with a structured step down model for optimized success. The IOP includes nine hours of treatment per week for eight weeks.

There are two standard outpatient programs with one including six hours per week of treatment for seven weeks and the other including three hours of treatment per week for six weeks.
