Located in Huntington, West Virginia, Prestera Center – Laurelwood West is a CARF accredited dual diagnosis behavioral healthcare provider for individuals with substance use and mental health disorders. Services include drug and alcohol residential treatment programs, outpatient addiction treatment, medication assisted treatment, crisis support, DUI safety, recovery housing, and continuing care.

Prestera Center has been supporting the families of West Virginia since 1967. Impacting over 20,000 lives, their behavioral health services specialize in treating individuals with both mental health and substance use disorders. They are a nonprofit organization meaning their care is without barriers and is offered to anyone regardless of their ability to pay.

The Huntington location, known as Laurelwood West, provides inpatient and outpatient programs for people with addiction. The drug rehab programs include medically managed detox, 12 step recovery support, counseling, recovery coaching, addiction management, relapse prevention, family counseling, safe transitioning support, and DUI Safety and Treatment program. Treatments are flexible depending on the individual's needs and may run for three, six, or twelve months. There is also extended care for longer than a year available.
