With life skills development, you'll learn critical behaviors that will help guide you not only through sobriety but through life in general. You'll also be supported through nutrition education. With this, you'll learn how to support your body and gain the skills you need to pursue a successful, healthy future.
There is also family counseling offered here as well. Through family counseling, your loved ones will learn how to best serve and support you as you move through the recovery process.
