Evidence based practices include eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). Amenities include scenic views, private and semi private rooms, outdoor areas, community resources, nature trails, a basketball court, a fitness center, a yoga and meditation studio, and a library.
