About Plainview Serenity Center House of Hope
House of Hope is run by Plainview Serenity Center. It’s an intensive residential parenting center for women with children. They also provide substance abuse counseling. This facility is located in a secluded rural corner outside Plainview, Texas. This program is to help parenting women who are suffering from substance abuse. Their services help support families, nurture the parent-child bond, and provide a safe and supportive space for family healing.
Your treatment program is 90 days long and is designed to help women and her children become independent and recover from addiction. Every woman will get an individualized treatment plan that may include individual therapy sessions, group therapy, life skills and parenting skills. Group therapy for children and family activities and family education are also available.
House of Hope offers daycare for children while their mothers are in treatment. They provide transportation to appointments and introduce residents to 12 Step meetings. Community support programs are also available, although you’ll have to travel to Plainsville. Many parks, churches, and entertainment centers are also in town.
All parenting services are run by licensed professionals who understand the recovery process. House of Hope supports different levels of need including families who are involved with child welfare and correction systems.
Referrals for House of Hope are accepted from probation and parole departments, residential or detox facilities, law enforcement as well as family friends and self-referrals.
