About Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Healthcare System

Based in Little Rock, Arkansas, Pinnacle Pointe is the only TRICARE certified and Joint Commission accredited residential facility in the state dedicated to supporting military families, including young people and adults with mental health and behavioral health issues like addiction. Along with TRICARE, this facility accepts Medicaid and private health insurance plans.

Acute and Sub Acute Inpatient Programming

I think it’s great that the facility offers not one but two inpatient programming options. The acute program is ideal if you’re seeking short term, intensive support and is primarily designed to support clients aged 5 to 17 years of age struggling with behavioral and emotional issues. Meanwhile, the sub acute program is for anyone seeking extended inpatient support.

Accessible Outpatient Behavioral Support

For more flexible support, I’d suggest the center’s outpatient program which features group, individual, and family therapy, as well as medication management and case management services. Psychological testing is also available to individuals not needing residential support.

Telehealth services are also provided for added accessibility, allowing clients to phone into remote consultations with clinicians either through their computer, phone or tablet.
