About Patton Sober Living Homes
Patton Sober Living Homes is a 12 step focused supportive housing program for adult men recovering from substance use disorders (SUD) in Dallas, Texas. Their inviting sober living homes provide residents with a secure and substance free living environment following their discharge from inpatient addiction treatment.
Clients receive medical and mental health assessments and personalized care planning. Random drug testing and daily breathalyzer screenings are mandatory. Clients also engage in weekly individual and group counseling drawing on proven psychotherapeutic modalities. The program promotes clients’ sustained sobriety and prepares them to reintegrate into their home, workplace, and community through robust, recovery focused life skills training addressing topics such as coping, self care, wellness, emotional regulation, anger and stress management, and relapse prevention. Family support and education, academic and vocational training, and independent living skills are also prioritized. Evidence based complementary therapies, including meditation, yoga, and fitness and recreational therapies, are available.
Their aftercare services ensure a complete continuum of care aligned with clients’ evolving needs and may include 12 step program facilitation, employment and housing assistance, and referrals for medical, mental health, and social service programs. Private insurance and self pay are accepted.
