Pathways Real Life Recovery provides integrative addiction treatment for adolescents and adults in Sandy, Utah. Treatment programs include court-mandated services, dual diagnosis care, medically supervised detox, inpatient treatment and outpatient programs.

Clients undergoing detox receive 24/7 medical supervision and may be prescribed FDA-approved medications to ease withdrawal symptoms and prevent potentially serious complications. Medical and mental health assessments, personalized care planning, and comprehensive case management are included for all clients. Clients also engage in intensive, trauma-informed individual, group, and family counseling that draws on proven modalities Including CBT and DBT. The program promotes clients' sustained sobriety and successful reintegration into their home, workplace, and community through robust, recovery-focused life-skills training that addresses topics such as coping, self-care, wellness, anger and stress management, parenting, financial and household management, job readiness, and relapse prevention. An array of evidence-based complementary therapies is available, including art therapy, outdoor therapy, experiential therapy, meditation, yoga, and equine therapy.

Their outpatient and aftercare programs ensure a complete continuum of care aligned with clients’ evolving needs. Levels of care include partial hospitalization programs (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), standard outpatient programs (OP), sober living, and aftercare. Aftercare services may include transitional support for clients stepping down from higher-intensity treatment, 12-Step program facilitation, and referrals for medical, mental health, and social service programs. Pathways Real Life Recovery is accredited by The Joint Commission. Private insurance and self-pay are accepted.
