About Pathways Rochester
Pathways Rochester is an outpatient opioid addiction treatment program in Rochester, New York. Pathways is a part of the Sisters of Charity Hospital and Catholic Health offering addiction treatment and medication assisted treatment.
This outpatient treatment program includes individual and group counseling and medications to treat cravings and withdrawal. Using Vivitrol, Suboxone, and methadone, the goal of treatment is to eliminate harmful substances from the body and establish long term recovery by reducing drug cravings. Early morning dosing hours are available for when you need to come to the facility before work and receive medication.
One interesting aspect of this program is that it takes place as a part of a hospital facility, so access to primary medical care is easy to get while receiving treatment.
People who have attended treatment at Pathways Rochester say their counselors are great and understanding. Another former client said this program is lifesaving.
