About Pathways

Pathways’s CRRU East is a private mental health and addiction treatment facility. It's located in Ashland, Kentucky, and has programs for all ages. This location offers general outpatient treatment and dual diagnosis care. They accept referrals. Pathways also has a number of programs for court ordered treatment and education.

Pathways provides both individual and group counseling. Both options use evidence backed methods to safely explore the nature of your addiction. Staff are trained in multiple therapy models, so it's likely they'll find an approach that clicks with you. The outpatient program includes a broad range of support services, including targeted case management to help you stabilize and reach your daily responsibilities and goals.

Outpatient is already pretty flexible, but what if you're worried you can't make it to a session? That's what the Pathways telehealth option is for. I like telehealth because it allows you to meet with your therapist remotely. Typically, you can use it for any reason, but it's especially useful when something unexpected keeps you at home.

Pathways accepts some insurance plans, including Medicare. They don’t deny services due to an inability to pay.
