The focus of this program is group therapy, using dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) skills and techniques. Individul and family counseling are also available. IOP also features educational classes, psychiatric assessments, and medication management services. Participants can live at home or independently while engaging in this program, and must actively be involved in their treatment for three days a week, for around three hours a day over six weeks.
Standard outpatient services are also available to clients regardless of gender featuring similar treatment services but require a lower time commitment.
