This facility offers women-only inpatient treatment at their 24-bed unit. Here, clients can receive care for a range of mental and behavioral issues, like depression, anxiety, eating disorders, bipolar, or dual-diagnosis conditions including co-occurring substance abuse.
All the rooms are private and newly renovated for optimal comfort. Here, residents can access individual and group therapy, psychotherapy, as well as physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, music and art therapy. Mindful movement and dance sessions also feature to help clients get back into their bodies. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is also available to help residents’ manage any tricky symptoms, and reduce their risk of relapse.
As a step down from inpatient treatment, the facility also offers a women’s only intensive outpatient program (IOP). The focus of this program is group therapy, using dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) skills and techniques. Individul and family counseling are also available. IOP also features educational classes, psychiatric assessments, and medication management services. Participants can live at home or independently while engaging in this program, and must actively be involved in their treatment for three days a week, for around three hours a day over six weeks.
Standard outpatient services are also available to clients regardless of gender featuring similar treatment services but require a lower time commitment.
