About Our Common Ground

Our Common Ground is an alcohol and drug rehab program that provides addiction treatment services to men and women seeking recovery in the Alto, California area. Levels of care include 30-day residential treatment, 90-day residential treatment, partial hospitalization treatment, and outpatient treatment. They also offer transitional living homes.

While in treatment at Our Common Ground, clients engage in psychotherapy, group therapy, family therapy, and educational programming that helps educate clients on matters related to addiction and recovery. This location also offers evidence-based interventions and trauma treatment services. Common areas focused on include self-esteem, assertiveness, spiritual well-being, boundaries, emotional regulation, stress management, goal setting, and relapse-prevention strategies.
