Olympia BUPE Clinic is a walk-in medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) clinic operated by Capital Recovery Center in Olympia, Washington. The clinic provides same day buprenorphine treatment for opioid and fentanyl use disorder  with options for long acting injectable medications including Vivitrol, Sublocade, and Brixadi.

Same Day Walk-In MOUD for Opioid Use Disorder

Olympia BUPE Clinic specializes in accessible walk-in medication treatment for opioid and fentanyl use disorder. No appointment is required and medication is dispensed on-site the same day you arrive.

Your first visit includes intake with a Certified Peer Specialist who will guide you through the process and connect you with a medical provider. Ongoing visits include medical check-ins, medication management, and optional urine testing to support your treatment plan.

Peer Support and Recovery Coaching

Beyond medication, Olympia BUPE Clinic offers peer recovery coaching which is a weekly peer led support group for participants and connections to individual counseling and case management. Comfort medications are available upon request and Hep C, HIV, and STI testing is accessible by appointment for active patients.
