About Oaks Integrated Care Mount Holly
Oaks Integrated Care Mount Holly is a nonprofit organization that helps people of all ages who are dealing with mental illness, addiction or developmental disabilities. They have a whopping 230+ programs across New Jersey. One of their access centers is in Mount Holly.
Here they offer a way for people to get centralized access to support services for addiction. They also help people with co-occurring mental health disorders. They provide a holistic approach to treatment and offer a range of options including medication assisted treatment (MAT) and outpatient and intensive outpatient programs.
MAT always goes hand-in-hand with counseling and peer groups. FDA approved medications like Sublocade, Vivitrol, Suboxone or naltrexone are available. Some of these are oral and others are injectable. You’ll describe your preferences and needs with your provider. Oaks’ team of advanced nurse practitioners and psychiatrists will manage your prescription and dosing.
The intensive outpatient program lets you get a good amount of treatment hours each week while still giving you the ability to get on with your daily activities. You’ll get to sleep at home but get the best of inpatient care including individual, family and group counseling, case management, and peer services. The outpatient level of care includes the same components as the intensive level, it just requires fewer hours of your time each week. You may choose between daytime or evening sessions depending on what else you’ve got going on in your days.
