Nuestra Clinica Rehabilitacion

Nuestra Clínica Residential (NCR), located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania is a one of a kind facility. It’s the state’s first residential treatment facility designed to deliver culturally appropriate treatment for Hispanic men. It can hold up to 26 clients at one time. The bilingual staff provides treatment in Spanish and English.

Residential Care in Lancaster

The treatment program includes individual and group therapy, as well as psychoeducational groups, and psychiatric evaluations. Nuestra Clínica can treat co-occurring mental health and addiction disorders. They also test for HIV and other medical needs and can refer you to appropriate medical care.

They facilitate 12 step meetings on site and provide transportation to outside meetings when necessary. They also have a Weekend Family Program and family therapy.

The family counseling strikes me as important because addiction impacts the entire family unit. There can be deep wounds and distrust that are hard to overcome. Vocational and Employment Services

Another thing I notice is that Nuestra Clínica gives clients referrals for vocational services and help securing employment. This could include assistance creating a resume, practice for interviewing skills and other support.

They also have aftercare planning, which helps you find the resources you need to stay strong in recovery after treatment.
