About Sea Mar- CSNW – Fourth Plain

Vancouver, Washington has the oldest public town square in the West — it was established in 1855 and is still a community gathering place today. Vancouver is also where you can find the Sea Mar Community Services Northwest (CSNW) Four Plain Clinic. They provide treatment and support for adults struggling with mental health, addiction and homelessness.

Sea Mar focuses on serving Latinos in Washington, and many services are available in both Spanish and English. They serve everyone regardless of ability to pay and they accept Apple Health, Medicare and other insurance plans. There is also a sliding fee scale so your cost will be based on what you can afford.

Outpatient Addiction Treatment in Vancouver

They offer substance use treatment here for adults and youth. They have individual and group therapy as well as treatment for addiction and co occurring mental health disorders.

I noticed they also have treatment programs that help parents and families, including a Parent Child Assistance Program (PCAP) and a program for pregnant women and new mothers.

Their jail reentry program is unique as well. This treatment option helps those who are leaving jail get the treatment and support they need to help them overcome substance use and live productively. They may provide help with housing, job skills and more.

SOAR Program to Help Homeless Adults

SOAR is a program designed to help those eligible for SSI or SSDI who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and also have a mental health or substance use disorder. They help ensure these Vancouver residents are enrolled in the social services they are eligible for and help them get the housing and treatment they need.
