About Northland Christian Counseling Center
Northland Christian Counseling Center is a mental health counseling clinic with a location in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Adult Addiction Treatment
One thing I noted is that they only provide addiction services to adults. Still, the center welcomes people of all faiths who are in need of addiction care. This center will provide alcohol and drug evaluations and can assist with DUI evaluations. From there, a treatment plan will be provided based on your individual results.
Outpatient Addiction Treatment
As this is an outpatient treatment facility, this means that the Center is best for people who have already achieved sobriety and are now seeking support via therapy. Likewise, this is best reserved for people that want to learn new ways to manage stressors that previously triggered drug or alcohol abuse.
The outpatient treatment program is also an adult only process. Most people will participate in four hours of weekly counseling. This is broken down into three hours of group counseling held one day of the week and another day for a one-hour individual counseling session.
Aftercare to Prevent Relapse
I appreciate that they understand the importance of aftercare to prevent newly sober individuals from falling into relapse. At this clinic, aftercare includes a structured plan that helps people maintain their sobriety.

This is a holistic counseling center which provides a wide range of mental health services to the community. This includes individual counseling for adults and children, relationship counseling, EMDR and pregnancy and postpartum counseling.
