The Northeastern Health System Addiction Resource Center offers various outpatient treatment services for substance use disorder. It’s located in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Patient-Centered and Tailored Treatment Plans

Using a patient-centered care approach, you’ll receive a personalized treatment plan tailored to your individual needs and recovery goals. In outpatient treatment, clients attend intensive group and individual therapy sessions to address the root causes surrounding their substance use.
