About CREOKS Health Services

The nonprofit Creoks Health Services is dedicated to helping people of all ages through health and social services, including behavioral health and substance use disorder care options. These are outpatient services. They’ve a location in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, near Tahlequah Creek. They have 23 other locations in the state as well.

Something I find appealing about this facility is its use of in home and in school services to increase accessibility to treatment.

They accept Medicare alongside other insurance plans. They also offer a sliding fee scale to those who qualify or lack insurance.

What makes this program great in my opinion is the inclusion of care coordination and medication management services. The extra helping hand can make a huge difference, especially if you're feeling overwhelmed by the changes you may encounter in recovery.

This location doesn't offer medication assisted treatment (MAT), but other offices do.
