There are different therapy groups for different needs, even for kids as young as three. If you’re struggling with addictions, you might have individual therapy once a week and meet with a group twice a week. Each session runs about 55 minutes. There’s a general addiction group and a group focused specifically on drug and alcohol addiction.

You can also get help for any co-occurring mental health concerns, like depression, anxiety, anger issues, trauma and more. For example, some of their providers work specifically with first responders to manage mental health challenges related to their experiences.

Being able to manage mental health and addiction at the same provider gives you integrated care that makes it easier to maintain long term sobriety. Please note that they don’t prescribe medications.
