About Nexus-PATH Luther Hall

You can find Nexus-PATH’s Luther Hall on Fifth Avenue South in Fargo, North Dakota. They offer family services to the community including mental health services, crisis stabilization, foster care and adoption and residential treatment. Luther Hall is located in a standalone facility with available onsite free parking for you and your family members. You can access nearby I-94 and I-29 to get to and from your treatment.

Luther Hall offers a residential treatment program for teens aged 10-17 in need of mental health treatment. They focus on providing children with the life skills they need to get through challenging times and difficult life transitions. Their educational skills promote long-term stability in your child's life and will help them to overcome past traumas, while achieving stabilization for their mental health conditions.

Residential Program for Teens aged 10-17

Their facility consists of bedrooms that accommodate 16 boys and girls, a sensory room, recreation room and seating areas. They also include areas for family visitation and therapy sessions. In addition, there are green spaces outside an area for play and gardening.

Should you need some downtime as a family, Riverfront Park is also pretty accessible from the facility. A food pantry is also accessible for those who need an extra helping come mealtime.

Onsite Education Program

I like that they also offer an onsite education program to ensure your child continues to receive their education as they undergo mental health treatment. They also offer special education programming for students that qualify.

I find it good to know that Luther Hall accepts clients from both North Dakota and Minnesota. They welcome all children who’ve suffered from trauma, abuse, or mental health disorders.
