About Next Door Recovery
The Next Door Recovery is a Nashville, Tennessee substance use treatment facility for women. They provide affordable, faith-based services that include inpatient and outpatient levels of care. In order to qualify you must be at least 18 years old, have a desire to recover and must be using or have relapsed within the past six months.
Their detox program gives you round-the-clock medical supervision for as long as it takes for your body to withdraw from drugs or alcohol. You'll have assessments by medical professionals throughout your stay. You may also be prescribed medication to assist this process.
They're 28-day residential treatment program addresses substance use, mental health challenges and trauma. During these 28 days, you'll have an intensive focus on group and individual therapy, 12-step programming and various educational and therapeutic groups. They offer parenting classes, relapse prevention training, lessons on setting boundaries, yoga and art activities.
Next Door offers three levels of outpatient care. The most intensive is their partial hospitalization program (PHP) which is also called day treatment. This program runs daily from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and includes lunch. They also have an intensive outpatient (IOP) and a virtual outpatient program. These less intensive programs meet for a few hours a week. I like their online option because it makes access easier for many clients.
Their Recovery Care Clinic provides clients with medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and counseling. Clients meet once a week for accountability and support and receive doses of prescription medication. Clients need to have a phone interview before joining this program.
The Next Door works with many insurance providers including Cigna, Humana, United health, Ambetter, and TennCare. Their alumni program supports all former clients to continue with their sobriety after their discharge.
