Sitting just a short distance from the Mount Carmel Recreation Center is The New You Center of Los Angeles, California. It's a private outpatient treatment center that provides drug and alcohol addiction care to individuals and families, as well as those referred by the courts. This is an LGBTQ friendly provider.

They offer bilingual services to accommodate more people in the LA community. Specialties include informed care for survivors of trauma/abuse as well as veterans. One thing that stands out to me is that they provide transportation to and from treatment. It’s also great that they accept Medicare and Medicaid here as well.
