About New Mexico Treatment Services Espanola

With locations throughout the state, New Mexico Treatment Services is a dual diagnosis addiction treatment center for adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health diagnoses and their families offering outpatient, intensive outpatient programs, mental health assessments, medication assisted treatment (MAT), and aftercare.

Situated in private treatment facilities in Albuquerque, Espanola, Farmington, and Santa Fe, the clinical team at New Mexico Treatment Services specializes in outpatient substance use and behavioral issues through evidence based and family centered interventions. The clinical team first provides a comprehensive mental health assessment and creates an individualized treatment plan for every patient to ensure their needs are met. Treatment incorporates several therapeutic and educational activities, including individual and group therapy, medication assisted treatment (MAT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family education and support, mindfulness groups, and relapse prevention training.

The MAT program incorporates medication and behavioral counseling to overcome opioid use disorders. MAT is an effective treatment that is endorsed by the National Institute on Drug Abuse as the gold standard of treatment for opioid addiction.

New Mexico Treatment Services is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Medicare, Medicaid, most commercial insurance, and self pay are accepted. Financial aid and sliding scale payment assistance may also be available.
