About New Attitude On My Image

New Attitude on My Image (NAOMI) is a faith based, nonprofit alcohol and drug rehab provider located in Toledo, Ohio, that serves adult women. They offer a comprehensive range of services to support people at various stages of their recovery journey. For example, people who need a higher level of care can stay in their residential program, which includes 24 hour support, for up to 12 months. NAOMI also offers long term residential care for people who could benefit from living in a safe, supportive and structured environment for more than a year, and transitional housing for women who’ve completed rehab but aren’t quite ready to live independently. If you don’t need these types of support, you could take advantage of their outpatient services, which include counseling and 12 Step meetings.

Evidence Based Treatment in an Intimate Setting

NAOMI takes a holistic approach to care, tending to people’s spiritual, emotional, social and physical needs. They see people as more than their illnesses and strive to help clients heal and flourish through evidence based treatments, including one to one and group counseling and medical services.

I really appreciate that NAOMI is certified by Ohio Mental Health and Addiction Services and accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehab Facilities, indicating their dedication to delivering exceptional care.

I also like that the residential home houses just 10 women at a time. It seems as though it would be easier to bond with your housemates in such an intimate setting. Plus, they always have a social worker on site, so you’ll have access to prompt, personalized support when you need it.

Practical Support for Long Term Success

Addiction can rob you of your goals and dreams, but NAOMI can help you to reignite the spark and get started on building a brighter tomorrow. Alongside case management and treatments like counseling and 12 Step meetings, you’ll have access to various services to help you reintegrate into society. For instance, they have educational support and GED programs and help with resume writing and job hunting.

If you’ve struggled with addiction and other challenges for some time, you may also benefit from services like life skills and money management training. I think that’s fantastic since the transition from rehab to the outside world is an often overlooked but crucial part of the recovery journey.
