Offering intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP) programs, you can work on recovery while managing daily responsibilities. Monte Nido offers 2 levels of programs. I like how PHP runs 5-6 days a week for several hours a day and includes psychiatric care, nutritional counseling and meal support. The IOP is similar but meets less frequently and helps patients maintain the progress made while going back into everyday life.
