Each person is treated as an individual and will be provided a plan that considers their drug history, time using, physical health, mental health, and goals for treatment.

Meridian Sid Martin Bridge House Works closely with clients to address the mental and psychological aspects of addiction during detoxification. Clients are treated with respect and are encouraged to continue treatment upon completion of the detoxification program. All clients will have a discharge plan that includes the next steps such as continued addiction treatment, mental health treatment, a referral to sober living accommodations, a return home, or moving into an ALF.
