About Mental Health Partners Saint Vrain Community Hub

Mental Health Partner Saint Vrain Community Hub in Longmont, Colorado, specializes in treating individuals and families who are struggling with mental health conditions and substance use disorders. They were established in 1962 and offered services within the Boulder and Broomfield areas. Since then they have expanded throughout multiple areas of Colorado. This downtown location provides access to nearby state parks, sport complexes, biking trails, specialty museums and e-bike tours. These activities can provide great outlets for relaxation and entertainment during recovery.

The center offers psychological and medical evaluations to give you the best form of care you need in order to succeed and move forward in your recovery. Case management will be available to offer advocacy, develop personalized treatment plans, and assist you with coordinating care for health, job opportunities, and benefits for which you may qualify.

What sticks out to me the most is their outpatient treatment, which is primarily focused on chemical dependency. They offer outpatient detox, buprenorphine inductions, holistic therapy and evidence based therapy. Not only does outpatient care provide more helpful treatment, it also provides flexibility to live at home, so you can receive care while maintaining employment and family obligations.

They offer a variety of gender specific group therapy sessions throughout the week. These offer more privacy and intimacy because you can be vulnerable and open up with men or women who can relate to you and be of support. You’ll also work with a therapist and develop coping skills, build healthy boundaries, and help hold one another accountable. Some of the groups they offer are seeking safety, early recovery, moral reconation therapy and navigating psychosis therapy.
